海 Ceramics

Inspiration for me mostly comes from observing notable Japanese, British and American ceramic artists. An avid fan of artworks by some artists like Lucie Rie, Randy Johnston, Ken Matsuzaki, and Akiko Hirai. I like to work on pottery ranging from wheel thrown to hand building.  Especially the process of carving which I painstakingly work on each work. I enjoy exploring glazes too, each time carefully mixing different colours to achieve an unexpected but satiable result!
